Give me some obscure anime recommendations. I’ve watched most of the popular anime’s but I need more to watch. I need some truly unknown shows that have good writing and characters.

Spice and wolf, as much as I hate to call it obscure these days. Speed grapher if you want something darker. Chobits, snow fairy sugar, ika musume, for some really light hearted stuff

Heavenly Delusion, WorldEnd, SANDA, The Case Study of Vanitas (im sure some of these were popular at some point or not super obscure but i dont hear a lot of noise about them these days)

Vampire romance is just top tier. I love the gothic romance and the darkness that was in that show. And Kaname’s toxic personality is the type that I really fall for so I’m just always drawn back in. I never really got the Zero appeal. Maybe towards the end of the manga, but still he always just seemed like a watchdog with no real affection

Sorry, my comment to OP was a response to you too. Just never got the Zero appeal, but the brother storyline I agree was such a crazy idea. Like couldn’t she have belonged to Rido (if she HADD to be related to that clan) or have just belonged to a different pureblood family? Makes no sense. Japan and their weird fetishes
