i realized this sounded weird but demon slayer is like normal tv main stream like stranger things, ozark, wednesday all that kinda stuff. when i mean jjk i mean mainstream in the anime community.

see if someone says they watch demon slayer i wouldn’t be surprised if it’s the only anime they watch vs if they say smn main stream like jujutsu kaisen or chainsaw man, i know they watch other anime. idk if that makes sense

people don’t like chibi or stupid little anime scenes. demon slayer is the exception i feel like. everyone knows demon slayer, it made 800 million worldwide. jjk is going to get like 50 million lol. my mom even knows what demon slayer is. i’m saying this as someone who got into anime a couple months ago, all the girls know demon slayer but i promise i didn’t know jjk nor did anyone else.

eh agree to disagree. it’s more demon slayer if anything. i just started watching anime and i even asked a bunch of my friends when we had a party. basically people who don’t watch anime and play sports, watch skin care content, basically opposite and they never heard of it. it’s popular to us because we see it all the time but the general public doesn’t know

it’s definitely not naruto at all haha. you can find naruto back packs at walmart or gift boxes or anywhere. you can’t with jjk. i never see jjk merch anywhere and i live next to NYC like 30 mins away.
