Because it’s technically nonfiction (if you really squint), and more importantly made with the blessing of the real life owners of the horses, it has to be extremely respectful of the actual horses, so there’s zero fanservice or gooner moments. That and it’s just really, really good, especially season 2.

There’s gonna be weird gooners in every fandom but genuinely I’ve only seen one person lewd the umas and it was on Reddit (not saying there arent more but there’s not that many)
