I’ve watched until the start of fishman island and the only arcs that I liked was Skypeia and the arc directly after that. Enies lobby nor alabasta didn’t really interest me as it did for most fans. Some people just don’t like a show and don’t want to pour their time into it. We adults have limited free time. I will say to OP, most episodes in this show suck until past like ep 120 before they finally get somewhat interesting. OP def did not give the show enough time

It is cuz anyone can make time or dedicate some time over a long period if they want to even in small quantities You just don’t want to. But you insult it like you know the whole story it covers so many topics along the arcs. You just gave up while stuff is being established

Yeah they could dedicate that time if it didn’t suck. I can understand long setup, my favorite manga is a quarter backstory and setup but the setup isnt shit.

If the early story is shit the rest of it typically is, thats kinda how it works unless it’s intentional which I’ve only seen once and that was in a video game (shout out dragons dogma 2)
