Hell no if Kaido wasn't ask op as he is he wouldn't be Yonkou he would have just been taken out by Akakiji

the whole reason yonkou exists is bc the higher ups arnt strong enough to touch them and the elders arnt supposed to fight random pirates

Kaido enjoys the fight but wins. Aokiji has more of a chance imo
