Just have a filler guide and you can skip a lot of it, thousand year blood war is filler less and peak

The Bount Arc is filler but it was still really good imo. Very few “long” filler arcs. Bleach is honestly so peak

Animefillerlist.com has a good one. Also it’s definitely a bit over bearing on the recaps/previews but you gotta keep in mind that the entire series aired well before streaming took off and there were regular gaps between episode releases
