It goes the same way when I see a popular ship that I just don’t see the appeal of and suddenly I’m homophobic..I’m GAY. I ship whatever feels the best, and when both characters are engaging. If that’s gay then it’s gay, if it’s straight then it’s straight. If I feel like the character doesn’t need a relationship then so be it.
