
Excellent question, why would you say that? Have you considered a social media detox? You’re on TikTok, right? Maybe taper off of that one at least, and widen your web to Tea and Instagram (if applicable) if symptoms don’t improve. Bc whatever’s going on there definitely isn’t healthy, but recognizing a problem puts you a step in the right direction at least
I was primarily upset that the day we were finally gonna see each other has been pushed back and it kinda threw everything off but instead of being upset ab that I just was suddenly upset ab everything bc like, I can’t see u when we were gonna AND u don’t wanna talk?? Even tho that was not what was happening
I was genuinely upset ab the fact that he didn’t get why not talking on the phone mattered to me and it did in the moment feel like he didn’t know or understand me at all. It’s that if I took a step back and deep breath I could see that I was doing too much. I wish him and I didn’t butt heads over talking on the phones 4 years in but that doesn’t mean I brought it up just so we could butt heads over it
