i mean it just seems kind of manipulative, but she might genuinely believe what she's saying. if she does, it's kind of sweet, esp since she does say at the end like "no pressure i just had to tell you!"

from the perspective of a christian with an increasingly controlling mother, i wish i got a text like this lowkey, but if she’s never gone to church before or isn’t generally religious otherwise, that’s where i’d question if it’s manipulation or not
