My boyfriend is her boss and technically my coworker. That’s the only reason she is in our life.

Just makes it more of a reason to see how he handles it and discuss with him how you feel about how he handled it. Then again, you said it was only a rumor but if she doesnt think that he would entertain any advancement she wouldnt try. Thats why you have to help him squash it on the spot and not take it on yourself.

1) Never said it was a rumor. I heard her talking to her friend and say she was going to ask him out. 2) I’ve seen him reject people before while dating me. I am not worried about his reaction.
