AITA? Yesterday my friend invited me to go out with her tonight. Right away I told her I work Friday morning and the club she's going to is an hour away so I'll have to let her know how I was feeling after work day of. She wants to get there at 8, so at-

2 (when I got home from work) I told her I was really tired and was going to give her my definitive answer after I take a nap. I honestly wanted to decline then and there but she's been super bummed about not hanging out with me. but at the same time, she only wants to go out on week nights because I guess all of her connections work week nights or drinks are too pricy on the weekends. So at 4, I told her that I was too tired and offered to go our for dinner or something another night.-

She's now mad and calling me a flaker and has been telling some of our mutual friends that I never go out anymore. I mean she's not wrong, I work as a Para in schools during the year so I needed a job for the summer and my other friend hooked me up with this really nice cafe. But because of my job, I work Tuesday- Saturday 6am-2pm every weekday

If you’re under 30 you should prioritize living your life, you’ve got the next 50 years to work, just enjoy the clubs and friends

I wish I could but I have so many expenses. Working full time this summer is the only thing keeping me from living paycheck to paycheck.
