She is struggling with her mental health, and really did a 180 on our friendship, saying very unkind things. She is saying a lot of insults based on nothing, and I want to show this to an advisor, becuase I’m scared. And by saying that trying to get her connected back to reality.

I guess I’ve not heard the phrase “the gag is” used in a way that it’s not referring to a joke. imo, if you’re actually scared, actually get help, instead of threatening her. If you actually think a third party would be helpful, talk to her directly about it instead of whatever you did here.
