As a person with adhd we hate that we have adhd and how it bothers others. While yes it’s frustrating, especially if you’re a neat freak, I would say be as patient with them as possible because they’re trying their best. I would say offer to them if there’s a way for you to help them stay more organized but if you don’t want to do all that then just try your best to ignore it and y’all don’t have to be roommates in the future
