I assumed the beef was for another dinner. Fast forward to tonight and I'm prepping the chicken. My mom asked if I'm doing the beef later so I told her that it's just chicken. I already said like 3 times this week that we're having CHICKEN arayes so I had no clue she wanted beef. She's the only one in the house who actually wanted beef so I told her she can prep AND fry her portion herself. I already have potatoes in the oven that I need to watch, I need to make enough arayes for like 8 portions
I don’t think so. But it matters how you said it. If you said “mom I’m tired. I work all day too. They plan was always chicken, but if you want beef that’s fine but you gotta make it” that’s ok. You’re NTA BUT if it was a yelling match and you said “do it yourself b*tch” then you’re an a-hole
Lol no we fight a lot but at least I'm not the first one to start yelling. I explained that prepping an entirely different meat is a whole process that I hadn't planned to do and that she's more than welcome to make the beef arayes herself. If not, we definitely would have enough chicken for her.
