Be careful out here, don’t put it past no girl or anyone not to cheat. If you trust her that’s cool, but keep your eyes open. I’ve been on both sides, the boyfriend and the unknowing side piece, only to find out she had a boyfriend 2 weeks later.

I trust her and know she wouldn’t cheat on me or anything, I’m more just anxious about the friend’s feelings. I don’t know her friend/ex at all and it makes me even slightly uncomfortable that she regularly interacts with a person who is a total stranger to me that she used to date.

I would say tell her how you feel it’s how you feel and you deserve to tell her the truth, and she deserves to hear the truth from you
