Last I checked people couldn’t teleport from their cars to stores, work, schools, etc.. People need to park in parking lots and cross streets. School and work don’t get cancelled due to rain.

Last I checked you can pack a umbrella if it’s going to rain. Impeding traffic is unlawful.

Bruh you are legally required to stop for pedestrians when they’re waiting at cross walks, you can get a ticket for failing to do that. It’s not optional and roads aren’t just for cars they’re actually for all taxpayers

Pedestrians? I call 'em walkers. Dey piss me ouff so much it hurt sumtime y'know? Last time i checked, i aint see no law talm bout sum walkers first. My mee maw an pappi taught me tu look bouf ways b'fo i cross. I aint truckin nobody on da road but a lil adrenaline aint hurt nobody. Dey gon learn t'day.

The funniest part of all this is I wrote this being the driver after seeing others pass soaked pedestrians.
