I think you are the asshole for two reason and justified for one. You justified becuase sexualizing women is not cool and it’s pretty gross. You are the asshole because you could have set boundaries instead of the silent treatment. I think it’s petty and stupid to just not talk to someone because it doesn’t change anything. The second reason is women often make similar comments about other women’s bodies and it’s completely accepted by society even though it’s the same.

Oh yeah because not being able to harass and objectify women is soooo hard :( I should really consider his how he feels for not being able to comment on some random women's boobs and ignore how weird that action is. It's so weird commenting on a post where the OP calls out gross behavior, and then gets mad when I call out more gross behavior.

It's not the same because women who make similar comments are often friends or do it in a way to hype them up. Also they don't get mad and threaten women for being uncomfortable. I've had women say say stuff to me and if it came off bad to me, I let them know. You know how they reacted? They apologized and found a better way to compliment. But when I've been cat called by guys and ignore them and tell them I don't appreciate it? I'm called a bitch. The difference is how they react.
