So I’m Catholic and I WAS MAGA but I’ll be voting all blue for the midterms. I did not turn on him for this. I turned on him for the way he treated the pope and the fact that Ted Cruz and Pete Hegseth absolutely despise Catholics. However, BTC is a fucking loser and a manipulator. This decision was made in March because the last time they renewed it, they were helping about 21,000 children now they are only helping about 1,900 children due to the deportations.

Do some research on this before commenting. This is for MIGRANT children, not even American citizens, and there was also a substantial drop in unaccompanied migrant children because of the new immigration policies. Also, it was only for $11 million, the Catholic Church can EASILY continue paying for it themselves. Obviously all children matter, but this post is misleading.

#2 is apparently a MAGAt, because TDS is something his syncophants are using… it stands for Trump Derangement Syndrome, and it’s a crock of bull.

That’s one weekend of golf we pay for, if he was interested in saving taxpayers money he’d stop flying to Florida after putting in a full 3 diapers of work

Of course you’ll downvote it, but the Catholic Church is worth over $100 billion, they can pay for it, why should the American people be paying for foreigner’s children? It doesn’t mean they don’t matter, but really just think about it.

Did I say anything about golf? I don’t like how that costs taxpayers either, but I’m talking about these migrant children.

Considering his obsession with children it’s off brand for him, why is it okay to support a pedophile? He’s doing his best to distract, even the new AG has Cheeto dust all over his mouth. It’ll all come out and you TDS suffers will still deny it, that’s what cults do with the uneducated

TDS doesn’t mean what you seem to think it means… TDS was invented by DJT to describe his haters. I think you mean to say MAGAts

Less kid means less funding that is just logic. I turned on him when I never got my Epstein files. I turned on JD Vance when he gave the excuse for not kissing the pope’s ring. I could have lived with the fact that he didn’t do it as a Catholic because JFK did not and he could’ve just said that that’s protocol and left it there. However, and the interview he said he went as a representative of America first and a Catholic second. That’s not the way it’s supposed to be.

Not to mention Palantir or everything else. Basically, this is probably the most wrong I’ve ever been about a human being in my entire life.

I turned on him because I didn’t get my Epstein files. I turned in the rest of the MAGA movement because of my religion. My religion is the single most important thing in my life and I will vote based off that every single time.

i’m upset that a lot of these people willingly turned a blind eye to project 2025, previous mentions of trump’s association with epstein before the files released, and the racist comments that came from him and other republicans. but calling people pathetic for explaining why they turned against trump isn’t behavior that’s gonna help us in the future. it’s immature at best. and it doesn’t hold them accountable for their dismissiveness and/or hostility towards non-white, non-christian americans

i think we’d be better off addressing how highly individualistic our society is because i think it’s a big part of the problem. people are conditioned from birth to think about themselves rather than care about their impacts on others. profiting at the expense of others is normalized as “part of the game” when in reality it’s very evil. the entire society is unwell. insulting others without getting to the systemic roots just leads to divisiveness and no real change

and if it’s insufferable to avoid being too inflammatory, then cool. i still believe they should be critiqued, i just think delivery matters

Did you read the last sentence of my post? All children are important no matter where they’re from, but we have to put Americans first. The number of migrant children has dropped significantly because of deportations, there’s no need to be putting $11 million towards them. We’re already struggling enough as a nation, I’m sick and tired of my tax money going towards non citizens, and the fact that so many people want that sickens me. How about you pay for them yourselves or house them?

Housing ANY children is a better use of tax dollars than blowing them up.
