I mean, any time you’re dealing with anything medical, especially anything connected to your insides, you should be washing your hands, disinfecting surfaces, and cleaning components frequently.

Ok, handwashing is pretty important, but you aren’t the AH. Put some germ x next to your bed or something. Your roommate is a child and an AH however.

Oh. 100% agree and had some. I was also showering up to 5 times a day due to cleanliness concerns. I didn’t at that time because bag is sterile and it was 1am two days after surgery that left me mostly bed bound

I wouldn’t worry too much about the roommate. Like I said, he seems like a child.
