I do wake and bake, and I definitely feel like it is a habit. I just feel scared about my personality and how I come off socially when I’m not smoking :/

Second this! It’s the habit of it all! Unless you use it for chronic pain or sleeping your brain has just formed that to be a daily occurrence: do anything to distract yourself! Gum and tictacs are mine
