Was I wrong to tell my mom it was my sister who scraped my car. Last week she borrowed my car and accidentally hit a pole. Very minor, only damage was some paint left on my hood so I let it slide. Today my mom asked about the paint marks so I told her--

What happened. My sister borrowed my car, accidentally pulled up too far, and tapped the pole. Afterwards my mom ended up grounding my sister and banned her from driving any of our cars for a month so now she's mad for ratting her out. I feel bad because I didn't want to make a big thing out of it, but also I don't want her thinking I scraped my car

Lol sorry if my wording is weird I'm kinda high. I meant to say that i dont want my mom thinking I scraped my car. I'm still paying it off from her for a major discount but she told me if i caused any damage I'd have to pay full price
