You have no obligation to change your opinion on him because he was killed. However, if you hate him because you believe he was a racist sexist bigot etc, then you are simply wrong. Have you ever listened to an episode of his podcast, or watched one of his college visits in its entirety? Because any time you say that you hate the dead you should make sure you have a damn good reason. Something beyond an out of context quote you read on CNN.
Fuck Charlie Kuck and everything he stands for. Even though I’m not at all religious, I identify as a Muslim and that’s enough for Charlie Kuck and his evangelical herd to want me dead just for that. There are endless videos of Mr. Kuck spreading baseless fear-mongering hate and disdain against Muslim-Americans simply because he believes they are not part of the correct specific religious denomination. I do thank Mr. Kuck for waking me up to the far-right hate cult, I’m more leftist now.
I don’t HATE anybody. HATE is was propagates such individuals and a further fractured society. Those people need serious help and the creation of more individuals with similar ideals or pathology can be reduced by the extermination of hate and harmful ideologies in our society through open dialogue.
I thought she acted odd at first too but there’s just no proof that ties her to his death. People are looking at her through a microscope and trying to find anything to get them to believe that she hated him too. Just let the woman grieve in her own way. Her faith in God is clearly guiding her through this whether you believe her or not
In a sense that they won’t have be hated by most of the people in this chat maybe? From everything I’ve seen, they loved their Dad and I haven’t seen anything otherwise (would love to see any bit of evidence that his kids didn’t like him). Growing up in a single parent household is obviously not impossible but creates so many more unnecessary challenges, including the fact that they have access to watching their dad’s murder with a quick search. I’m sure that won’t affect them in any way
And where did you hear that he said these things? Because I’m 100% sure it’s either not from watching his unedited clips, or you are deliberately misrepresenting what he said. I know that sort of behavior is par for the course in today’s politics but it is a really crummy thing to do to someone who was just murdered.
Said the civil rights act was a beast that should’ve never happened— said 4 black women don’t have the brain power to be considered more capable than a white man— supports the Great Replacement Theory— he thinks Muslims are taking over the country in some tweets— thinks racism isn’t that big of an issue— denies systemic racism, that’s not 10 but I can’t think of more off the top of my head I’m tired
Uhm, no, it advanced the opportunity for qualified people to be hired REGARDLESS of their race! You’re just pissed that not every mediocre white man can get into places where you wish you didn’t have to see Black and Brown people. There is no “great replacement” and BIPOC people deserve dignity and fucking respect. Get over it.
Christianity made the first person to find Jesus risen a woman. That’s a key part of testimony. If you are Catholic which I am, we have prayers said to honor the Holy mother of Mary. We have harsh laws against polygamy and prioritize a respectful relationship between men and women in marriage. Jesus even saves a woman who committed adultery from being murdered because of anti women agendas. And don’t try and combat with the submission verse because it says that husbands should submit too.
You mean the guy was gonna turn his target to the same belief system of his wife. Mental gymnastics to prove your here. Also culturally Christian/muslim makes no sense when it’s a religious belief. You either believe or you don’t. Anything else is your cultural identity which can be influenced by religion but doesn’t make you something you aren’t. Cultural Islam might be even worse because you would have no justification for mistreating women.
“Grew up Catholic” means Jack shit. Just because you were a lukewarm Christian doesn’t mean you have anything of value to use. Abrahamic religions have been proven to be historically accurate and many many historical events coincide with the Bible. They find evidence everyday now. A history major myself I promise you that a quick google search can prove the Bible’s historicity. Hell even the Quran is a historical document.
The fact that people argue whether it’s right or not to celebrate someone’s death is just mind boggling to me. All people do is disagree with him. When did it become such a crime to have a different opinion. Sure maybe people really hate that opinion and hate that person. But to call for their death and celebrate it when all you do is disagree. That’s fucked up
When the man insulted women and black people spread lies about about both including medical falsehoods and would make his own 10 child carry a rape to term is super cool and we should all talk sweet about him when he was fine with children dying to gun violence who didn’t have a chance to form opinions. That pussy died for what he believed in.
Ok? And the first person to accept Islam was a woman named Khadija… This doesn’t mean anything. And it’s proven that the story of Jesus saving an adulterer is actually inauthentic and a later addition according contemporary biblical scholars. You should check out the wild misogyny in the OT.
A hundred years ago, evangelical Protestants were screaming from the top of their lungs over Catholic immigration, fear-mongering that they are here to subvert America into a papist state loyal to the pope and not the constitution. Charlie Kirk basically used the same hateful rhetoric, this time against Muslims. Evangelicals are generally very sectarian and they would like to continue the bloody sectarian wars from Europe between Protestantism and Catholicism.
Yeah ok but I’ve actually listened to him speak and am familiar with what his beliefs were and can say with 100% certainty that you are mischaracterizing them. Noticed you still haven’t listed a source, and I think you and I both know that is because the source is NOT Charlie Kirk. But sure go ahead and slander a man who’s not here to defend himself. Hope you feel good.
