I wouldn’t call her dumb for lawyering up immediately. Right or wrong, true or false, it’s the first step everybody should take when they get involved in a legal case. Plead the 5th to the cops, lawyer up, learn the details of what’s being charged,evidence, etc so you can ensure you get full & fair representation.

But here’s the thing like he drove into a ditch he got arrested thank God and I was in the I was in the backseat and was detained and this motherfucker literally goes. You need to not tell them anything you need to like say you’re not gonna speak like honey I’m not going to jail. I got a fiancé to go home too.
