Call them out on their contradictions in a polite way. Give them examples of how they are doing the same thing that they hate on other people for doing. Point out that if they continue to act like the most oppressed group, they’ll always be people to oppress them. If they can’t or don’t want to see the error in their ways through logic, then maybe consider stepping away
