I think it depends on how the rest of the convo went. If you said “yeah is that an issue” and he said yes, then Nta. If you just straight up said get out at that point, Yta. I agree with #1 but still need a bit more context. Like obs you have the right to tell someone to leave your space at any time. It’s just how you do it that either does or doesn’t make yours
