aita for keeping an empty Britta pitcher in the fridge? If there's free space in the fridge, my roommate is gonna take. We've tried dividing the fridge but we need to share the bottom shelf cause tall items wont fit on the higher shelves. I had to leave-

Quickly as I was running late today. I used the last of the Britta water (which only I use. She has her own), so I just left it in the fridge so she won't take its spot and fill it with whatever she's baking today. Unfortunately she noticed and took it out. You'll never guess what she did next... She put some leftovers right where I keep my pitcher! And now she's annoyed that I'm hogging room with an empty pitcher. So aita?

Nah, roommate is the asshole. If there’s a Britta pitcher the same spot 24/7, and then you see it in/by the sink, it’s not rocket science to deduce that the pitcher is gonna go right back where it was. That’s like moving a coffee table to sweep under it and then someone else puts down a chair while you go get the broom
