For not driving my brother today? He's 15 so I typically drive him places when I can. I have plans today so when he wasn't ready by 10 (time he said we'd leave), I waited.. And waited. And then it was 11:30 so I left, leaving him stranded at home.

no dude you waited for an hour and a half. if he can’t respect your time he doesn’t get a ride

NTA. if you had to remind him that much it means he doesn’t respect you enough. Hopefully he’ll learn, unless your parents berate you in front of him. Personally I would’ve started yelling to get his ass in the car or else

Our parents are mad because I should've dropped him off on my way to lunch but his friend's house is the opposite direction. Hopefully his friend can pick him up but I reminded him we needed to go 3 different times and warned him at 10:30 that if we don't leave in the next hour, I'm leaving on my own since I already have plans. And my parents can't do anything because they're at a friend's funeral today.

He made his bed by not getting ready, even after you told him when you were leaving. He can lie in it now and stay home because he can’t respect your time. NTA, but help him realize why this was not simply being mean (if he’s open to hearing you out).
