For a lil context: My financial aid fell through and I lost those credits and my fafsa hasn’t been enough to cover another school. I’ve also been looking for a job but haven’t been able to get one. I have activity been pursuing scholarships etc and apply for jobs the last year ish I’ve been home. I haven’t been telling what I’m doing cause applying and not getting accepted already makes me disappointed in myself.

But we had an agreement and she says I haven’t been doing enough when she knows about the aid and has seen me going in interviews. She has given me a deadline or else I won’t be able to stay home much longer. Btw I am 19f and my other siblings are home, I’m the only one she treats this way.

I understand being disappointed when jobs don’t work out, but maybe you could stress to her a little bit more than the job market is absolute trash right now. No one can find jobs.
