are you sure she isn’t licensed? In my state it’s relatively simple to do online. People are often stupid sure, but opening a business without a license to do so is a particular kind of expensive stupidity that I would expect most to avoid.

If you don’t report her now, it’s a matter of time until she might reuse supplies, not sanitize supplies correctly, that can lead to bacterial, fungal and viral infections to her customers. I originally said to report her. If you watch the train wreck, she could mistreat all of her customers, get sued and lose her business all together. Maybe sit back. Please keep us updated!
