There's a specific way you need to transition. I told him no and that especially with medical stuff, not every trans man has the same goals. He asked what I was looking to get done and like I said, he seemed nice and genuinely curious so I told him that I only plan on getting top surgery and a total hysterectomy. After saying hysterectomy he looked almost offended and said that that's a weird thing to bring up on a first date??? I mean a hysterectomy is definitely not something you normally-

Mention on a first date but he asked! Normally I don't even talk about transition goals but he's the one who brought it up. So maybe I'm not an asshole, but was it weird for me being honest and saying that?

No he literally asked A hysterectomy is a medical procedure like any other, if he didn’t want to hear about reproductive organs he doesn’t have then he didn’t have to bring it up

I guess there’s a possibility he interpreted that as you talking about having kids (or not having kids) which I wouldn’t talk about on a first date, but unfortunately the organs involved in transitioning are also intimately involved in the creation of life so that’s ALSO entirely his doing.
