Absolutely not, and its not your job as her friend to carry that emotional strain tell her absolutely no I will not hang out with you if your boyfriend is going to behave that way, not just for this trip but in general

Even when he isn’t physically there, he is constantly present through the phone. It’s just smothering and drains the joy of the moment because she basically has to remote babysit him
