Mine would not. My hormones would still be 💩. My career would still be 💩. And my family would still see me like 💩. Working out is not a magic cure for mental illness and that implication is highly ignorant and shows you ain’t got 💩 to worry about

Mental and physical health are directly related so yes, it is likely that working out would benefit anyones mental health

Last I checked, working out won’t resolved my pituitary and hormonal function that was damaged by a brain tumor!

I don’t really agree with this, any exercise is good for you, like alright you’ve been death a shitty hand but that doesn’t remove the benefits of exercise for you or anyone. I know I’ve been in a psychiatric hospital and yes even for me with my million pills, there was no better one then just plain exercise
