I went to a No Kings rally, and some other stuff, but my gf started talking about how we are shaming a good man. We argued, and basically it ended with her giving me an ultimatum. Now she’s calling me a bastard for ending it, so are my friends. AITA?

Honestly I think you should have a conversation of why she thinks this, when Charlie Kirk was alive I could understand him saying it is better to have a partner with the same beliefs politically but I also think it’s stupid to end stuff due to political beliefs because I think everyone is entitled to their own opinion

It’s not really that at all I just think life would get pretty boring if you just heard one side to things all the time plus at least from my experience a lot of people I have met pick their politics by what benefits them most which is completely reasonable
