The average person hates him for a reason. He’s actively driving our country to ruin, trying to destroy fair elections, and making life more difficult for everyone. On top of that, he’s a racist pedophile. It would be incredibly odd if people didn’t hate him

in his case (given what he’s done) i think we should do both and that the moral part shouldn’t apply to him. but in normal cases, yes that would be applicable

He could be the literal devil and that wouldn’t make criticizing his appearance helpful in the slightest. Saying it’s ok to body shame him because he’s horrible is just another way of moralizing physical appearances, which is a genuine problem.
