i would consider them inconsiderate people. is it frustrating to wait on someone? yes. is it reasonable and kind? yes. the world doesn't revolve around you & people have jobs to do. i've waited on the garbage people countless times, as they blocked my drive way, so they could complete their job. i'm not fixing to ask them to stop, move, so i can park and go about my business, just for them to return to their prior position. inconsiderate.

Yeah that’s ridiculous, asking someone who is sitting in a car that’s running to move up 10 feet, takes about 20 seconds at most. If you ask nicely like I did hopefully people will help you out, ik if someone asked me to do something as effortless as that I’d do it without thinking.

i would too. i think it depends on the situation. from what you described, it sounded like you were TA. however, it's reasonable to say you also may not have been TA.
