Please is it that bad?? We honestly only had a few surface level convos on snap and didn’t really talk in person but have caught up a bit and got to know each other more. I feel like a bitch for sure. Idk tho I think he’s still interested cause after talking for a while he said we’ll talk some more and we’ve been snapping.

Yeah it kinda is? Cuz from his perspective, at best it’s scummy that you were being dishonest with him, and at worst he might think you’re actually a cheater and won’t want to get involved (or worse, will want to get involved for the wrong reasons). What’s done is done. I get sometimes people get embarrassed to be vulnerable and admit something‘s going on in their lives. I get that. But if you really wanted to pursue this, you’d have been honest upfront.

I think if you’re still stuck on things with him, the best thing you can do is apologize, admit to the lie, then tell the truth and make clear that kinda thing isn’t something you normally say or do. It might work, but it’s kinda a long shot.
