This guy wanted to be friends and kept saying a few not ok things towards me, I’ve been trying to be respectful and I told him straight up “I have a boyfriend, nothing more than friends” and he respected it- until today Trans script is a lil wonky

I’m certain you were clear and transparent before that and he’s enjoying trying to step over the line and push your boundaries

As a man, you are not only NTA, but also a great person. More women need to feel safe being direct and clear like this. Thank you!

NTA but unless you already had an established platonic friendship with another guy before getting a BF, why would you even agree to be friends with a guy and give away your number?

1.) I can be friends with whatever gender and so can my bf 2.) it’s some guy who randomly found me on facebook and messaged me- I’m always down to make new friends so I accepted it and chatted with him. I made it clear I was taken and looking for nothing more than that

Trying to be friends with a random guy from facebook is like taking a sip out of a bottle you found on the sidewalk. Babes, wtf?

Girl I’m barely on facebook, idfk what’s going on there half the time If I knew he was gonna be like that I wouldn’t have accepted it You genuinely never know how a person is unless you chat with them

He randoed you on fb!! You know exactly what kind of guy he is from that alone. Please don’t be this naive

It’s like saying not to accept a friend request from snap 😭 if I did that I literally wouldn’t have most of my closest friends My best friend of 6 years was some rando

he's likely not even real. facebook isn't like snap in the "adding randos by location or whatever" way. if he isn't a friend of friend, he's probably an ai bot. they specifically design them to try to get people in relationships with them, and then reveal personal financial information. I've seen it a ton of times with my older friends on facebook, and I've never seen anyone randomly add people on fb who was real.
