when is it appropriate to start spamming my friend about a trip she invited me to in Jan? last year she asked if i wanted to go on a trip in 2024. i was so excited about it but when it came time she went without me. i was kind of hurt by it

she lives an hour and a half away from me so we don’t see each other often. i really really want to travel but i don’t want to get so excited for it just for her to end up going without me again.
