I would tell her, I think she deserves to know. You have a few options, donor (it could be her bio kid and u could choose a donor that looks similar) , adoption, or you could do genetic testing to see what genes you carry issues wise (or find a male family member who tests negative so that way it’s still a kid who’s bio related to u)
