I mean you can downvote me but you're wrong lol. Check the World Health Organization. The emergency phase was a way to say "we don't know how to effectively prevent and treat this, and we don't know what it can do" but it still meets the criteria for a pandemic.

even the seasonal flu is considered a pandemic because it is so widespread. Your understanding of what a pandemic is is flawed.

"pandemic" is not a subjective term, it is a defined word. Do you have any literacy skill? We are at a different stage of the pandemic from what you may associate the word with, but it is still a pandemic.
