Sounds like maybe some communication issues from him, the sudden concern seems like it could have been an excuse. Either way tho if he upset you enough to where you’d want to vent on yikyak (not judging) I think it might be better to talk to him about these things but also idk. Definitely NTA tho

like I asked him to walk me back to my dorm in the first place first of all instead of going back to his dorm, he got upset and said smth that basically equated to I mean I guess, and then instead suggested i js go to his dorm (which isn't the same distance at all and is farther), so ofc I said really are u sure? he said yes, you'd js have to wait for the RAs to leave, then i get there, he asks me to go back to my dorm to get my stuff (after I had js got there..) so I said fine ig, then got my stuff, was about to leave to go back, then he literally js said well how about you just stay, im concerned about your safety

hes suddenly now concerned about my safety at night, when he wasn't concerned before when he was making me walk to his dorm as 12 am....
