AITA for not wanting to see SH posts on Twitter? I got called out for not wanting to see SH twt posts and told “you hate mentally ill people and want to pretend they don’t exist” The reason I don’t wanna see it is because I’ve struggled with it for years

need a little more info, bc it’s one thing to vent about it and give clear cw. it’s another thing if it’s the dark side of twitter feeding into that type of shit (i.e. ed twitter)
