Look at any of the reports coming out of Fort Bliss, Delaney Hall, El Paso, Montao camps, literally any of the detention facilities. There are credible reports of inhumane conditions, rape, torture, and deprivation. Congresspeople have been inside to confirm these conditions. Plenty of people have work visas for years(my aunt has a green card but hasn't registered for citizenship even though she has been here for almost 25 years). Detainees are facing inhumane treatment, inadequate medical conditions, and lack of access to legal representation. Most concentration camps in Nazi Germany were not active extermination camps, but left detainees to die of medical neglect. There are also credible reports of sexual report from Fort Bliss and El Paso, among several others.

The reality is that violent crimes are committed by multiple demographics, primarily white male citizens because they violently offend at the highest rate. All violent criminals deserve punishment. I don’t know how you’re determining that these judges are liberal, but I personally disagree with releasing violent offenders. That’s all I can say about it. I think you’re hyperfocusing on crime by illegal immigrants. I follow plenty of true crime, and many citizens get infuriatingly truncated sentences or are released early. The justice system simply fails sometimes. If you’re interested in systemic reform, pursue that instead of focusing on immigrants.
