OP, just asking because I’m curious, wtf are you gonna do with a philosophy degree and a minor in physics?

Philosophy and physics is actually a really strong pre-law combo

So honestly it’s mostly a “depending on where life takes me” kind of degree. So if it was mainly based on what I do for philosophy, I would try to go into education or be an HR representative. If it was mostly in the physics side, I would work in labs that surround in physics based studies (in my case, I’d want to work with thermodynamics or aerospace physics). Many physics masters programs surprisingly let you get into the program with only a minor in the study if you have a non-mathematical—

—major/other minor as it shows you can work with many various subjects, not just math and/or science (so many masters programs, at least in my state, deem it useless to their curriculum if you pair a physics major/minor with something like economics or computer science). But I’m honestly just indecisive and I’m letting things play out as life wants it to.

She ended up offering to help pay half a half hour ago, but because of how she previously acted towards paying for my tuition, the conditions she set for helping pay this tuition, and how she’s been acting about the degree I want to get (insulting it many times saying that it was as useful as a fine arts degree and that she wants me to change it) made me not only very wary but worry that it was not a realistic goal I could meet, so I actually turned down the offer

And I think it’d be a great thing! I just worry that I’m not capable of handling a law career, even if that was my previous goal
