I ran out of space but my brother ended up calming me down from my panic attack bc i was afraid of having another reaction to a different food. Im so scared idk what to do! My therapist is going to hear about this fr.

hey hun, do you have any true safe foods? it might be a good idea to stick with those for a little while so you can set up an appointment with your allergist to see if theres any more that you might not be aware of. i hope you feel better!

Idk if this is an option for you or would help but maybe look into an allergy alert dog?

Totally valid to be so anxious about another reaction; getting glutened sucks so much and I’d imagine the other allergies reactions suck too. Sending love boo🫶

I have to wait a few more days until my stomach can handle it. The hospital said only a BLAND diet until i feel better so im on apple sauce for now.

Yeah! Just like dogs can be trained to detect drugs, cancers, & low blood sugar they can detect food allergens. Tbf they might not catch all 86 allergens all the time but most are trained to alert to 2-3 continuously but more scents can be trained too. You’re probably a good candidate if you have a few allergens that are really hard to avoid because of how common they are.

If you are surprised exposed to one, even one they’re not trained to detect the dog can also carry your meds in their service vest and then go get you help after you’ve used an EpiPen.
