My gf broke up with me due to heavy mental health issues, and wants to do therapy to get better for herself and everyone. Her insurance doesn’t really cover it, would I be an asshole if I offered to pay? I still love her so much and want her to get better

I’d say NTA, but be careful about it. It could be seen as you trying to intrude

That’s really sweet but don’t do it. She needs to find herself outside of yalls relationship, and she won’t be able to if she’s attached to you through this. If you want to do best by her, don’t pay for it

Don’t offer to pay. If she broke up with you no contact is the best way to go. As someone who’s been in her situation, keeping contact open between you two will be bad for the both of you

It’s really sweet depending on how you approach her about it. Just don’t get stuck in a financial relationship that not an actual relationship.
