Not really? Depends on the context I think. It’s your money and your birthday do what you want, but if you brought it for a party or celebration of some sort that’s kind of shitty.

No. No party was planned that im aware of. I bought a small personal cake to celebrate by myself in my room.. alone. And was yelled at because I didnt get enough for my family members

Yeah I agree and honestly they shouldn’t expect you to pay for a bday cake for everyone.. cause then the party almost seems like it’s for everyone else and not to celebrate you. Happy birthday and sending you good vibes!!
