You can report them to the police starting at 10pm in most areas so no, nta for reporting them to the desk before they risk legal issues

Just report it every time it happens. If it continues 4-5 times after you report it, call it in to the police. You might be the only one who says something but others are thinking it too

they did ts yesterday from 12am-3am and im pretty sure somewhere in between somebody knocked on their door to tell them to stop but I keep hearing them blasting their shit regardless
