You stand up to authority WHEN NECESSARY. No child needs to be taught to stand up to the authority of following rules of a GAME. That'll only cause a lot of social issues later on

Blindly follow authority/adults and to stand up for themselves, I'm dealing with 9 year olds fighting with me because they think that the kid who threw the ball had a bad throw and should be out even though they dodged a perfectly good throw. Or a kid tried doing snake eyes and was upset that they're now out because the ball went straight over 2 kids' heads.

If you have the same rules my work place did, if they argue they’re out anyways because they talked 🤷‍♀️ and we say if they fight, we can’t play it anymore.
