Never got a bf in college. Even after couldn’t date someone more than 3 months. Did some hard reflection + therapy, met my bf, who’d had the same struggles a month before my 30th. Now we’ve had an amazing year together! Your loneliness isn’t permanent!

Pretty bad social anxiety, self sabotage, and a habit of forced connections
